I assume you are considering this product because you are a runner (or trying to be), and you are tired of either going thirsty or lugging a heavy bottle for the first half of your run. Well, you will not be disappointed with this product. The angle makes removing and replacing the bottle a breeze, also serving to keep the pouch from bouncing a lot while in stride. I prefer the belt to be tight to virtually eliminate this bouncing, so that took some getting used to. Though I rarely use the nutrition flask, I did use the smaller pouch to carry energy supplements for long runs. Well made pack and bottle make this product a lasting necessity for any runner.

I am training to run a 1/2 marathon and needed a way to carry more than a few ounces of water, some nutrition packets and keys and an ID. This is perfect. When I start out with the bottle full it moves some but not excessive. As the bottle gets emptied I don't notice it at all. I have not used the 5 ounce bottle yet, I just carry packets of Gel in the pocket. Belt is fully adjustable from big to small and is just a bit stretchy. I look forward to many more miles with this product.

I have a medical condition and needed something to hold my medicine, so I started researching waist packs for training. I decided to get something with a water flask for training but it had to have room for my iphone as well. The small pouch is perfect for my medicine and if you remove the 5 ounce nutritional flask it's enough room for your iphone or other phone. It does slip a little but it's not a huge deal, considering all the stuff I was holding. It was definitley much better then holding everything in pockets or in my hands. Great for training!

Carrying any object while running does take time to get use to, no matter if it is a hand held bottle or this waist pack. It took me a few runs to learn how to adjust this just right in order so that it would not bounce and tighten it while running, which I usually only have to do after 15 miles. I used this for 50 mile runs and it has held up very well.

This product is excellent for me. I walk 5-6 miles a day, 15 min. mile. I carry cell phone,keys, ipod and most importantly - water!! I find this belt very comfortable and it easily carries all the stuff. I remove the separate tiny bottle and that's where I put my ipod. the keys and phone go in the zippered pouch. After very minimal adjustment I barely know it's there. If you are walking for fun/exercise this is a perfect solution.
