I was looking for something to hold keys/cell phone while I walk and this definitely does a great job. Would not recommend running in it however...it would move too much, especially with a bottle full of water! For walking, it was great.

It's fine for walking or hiking but not great for long runs. It bounced too much when running and it rubbed a blister on my back, despite tightening the waistband very tight. The zipper pack could hold an energy gel or 2, but not a cell phone.

Great product! The pocket that holds the water bottle is insulated so a frozen water bottle stays cold even in 90 degree weather! The pocket on the outside is big enough to hold keys and some gels. The belt is comfortable and stays tight during even the longest runs.

Good product. Takes a few miles to acclimate to carrying. There is some bounce especially when full. 3 miles in and I usually forget about it but love that H2O when I need it.

The pack is comfortable, but the zippered compartment is not big enough for a cell phone, keys and a small energy bar. Great if you just want to carry your keys and water.
