About Rocky
- Beginning in 1932, Rocky Shoes sprang from the minds of two brothers who found themselves out of a job during the Great Depression. Although the company has switched hands throughout the years, its footwear has always been renowned for its durability and ruggedness. Great warm weather boot.

Break in time is about 10 steps, very lite weight and super confortable. Good for warm to hot weather. Would use a heaver boot if carrying heavy loads on a multi day hike.
