Men's Hi-Tec Altitude IV WP

this is my second pair and i absolutely love them. got first pair a few years ago for work and hiking. just got my second pair and they are exactly like the first, awesome. the do take some breaking in to soften them up but after that they are great. these are the only boots that i can wear when on my stilts and the only boots i will buy again. thanks hi tech.

These boots are very comfortable right out of the box. I walk through a stream to get my horse all the time and the boots have never leaked even after 15 months without apply any kind of oil or silicone.

I use this boot for work. am on my feet and in the work van majority of the time. I am impressed I walk threw tall grass, mud, gravel,up/down the ladder and my feet stay dry and comfortable. I have owned other boots "timberlands" and nothing against them but the quality for the price does not compare. I would only protect the toe area when kneeling from scuffing excesively

I have owned them for 2 years, and worn them most of the time, regardless of summer, winter, spring or fall. I use them as my work boots, and they have NOT failed me yet. I also hike extensively in the Sacramento valley, and up in the mountains. They work great in either venue..... Still look good, are still waterproof, and are still warm, tight and light. The sole is wearing out, so that is the only reason I am purchasing another pair. I have another pair of EXPENSIVE hikers, and they do not compare for the price, comfort or ability............ Buy them, I did, and I will again..........

Was about to give up on walking/hiking due to foot problems. Then as a last resort I tried on a pair of these Hi-Tec Altitude IV boots and right in the store my feet felt better. Bought the boots and put them to the test on rocky and sandy soil and my foot pain (flat feet) and callouses have resolved! The fit is perfect! No longer had to use my orthotics. The design is great for overall foot comfort. I immediately went back an purchased two more pair in the event this particular model would no longer be produced. If you do not like these boots after proper fitting, I will buy them from you. That is how good they are.

They are pretty light, comfortable, good support, and durable. Only caviat, breathability suffers a bit, but it's a tradeoff like anything else in life. They are ok boots, as long as you never need to use it where is wet, if you try to walk through some wet vegetation your feet are gone get really wet. if you're gone use it only on dry places than it shouldn't be so bad
