Men's Columbia Switchback 2 Omni-Tech

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. These look great and I stand all day at my job. My feet feel great all day and don't hurt me at the end of the week. Buy a pair and see for yourself.

I bought these as a replacement for a similar pair of shoes (which were also supposed to be waterproof), and was blown away by how good they are. I don't like to have different pairs of shoes for biking, daily use, light hiking, fishing, etc, and these have stood up to everything I've thrown at them, including biking through Boston winters. It's awesome to bike through snow and water and have dry, warm feet afterward. I don't run long distances, so I can't say whether they'd make a good running shoe, but they're snug and comfortable. Absolutely recommend for anyone looking for one shoe to use for everything other than heavy hiking.

I work as a local delivery driver of frozen food. I spend half my day in a sub-zero freezer, a good deal of time in a truck with poor heat, and the rest of my winter days trekking through Ohio snow salt muck mix. These shoes have kept my feet 100% dry walking through snow and slush 6" deep. I then immediately walk into a freezer with this muck still on my shoes. My feet stay completely dry, warm, and I have great traction in unstable footing. This shoe is exactly what I spent a week looking for. Comfortable, good traction, waterproof (not water resistant, waterproof!) and warm. And half the price of a shoe with similar qualities. This is my first pair, but it will not be my last.

The shoes are perfect and low price. It is very comfortable. I love columbia and I have bought two pairs of shoes in this store and I will go on buying from now on

I have hiked over 100 miles with this shoe and had no problems. Hiked 45 miles of the AT with 35 lb pack and still had comfortable feet. Stayed dry even during an afternoon thunderstorm.

Bought these for my husband to replace a pair of similar Columbia shoes. He is very hard on shoes and the old pair lasted a long time, so felt pretty confident to buy another pair of Columbias. They fit just as good and are just as comfortable as the old pair, which is about as much comment on shoes as I ever get from him.
