Danner Stumptown

The story of Stumptown begins in Portland, Ore., in 1847. The northwestern city was booming. Growth was happening so rapidly that when land was cleared for new roads, there wasn't enough time to remove tree stumps. Instead, residents would leap from stump to stump in order to preserve their footwear from the muddy streets. Inspired by that time period and nickname, the Danner Stumptown collection is a throwback to an earlier time. Each boot features a leather lining with a vintage look. Featured by both GQ and Esquire magazines, the Stumptown line proves fashionable for lumberjacks and urban explorers alike.
