asolo-hiking-boot-revenge-GTXWhether you plan on taking a brisk walk in your local park or challenging yourself with a longer journey such as a hike on The Appalachian Trail, Asolo hiking boots provide just about everything an adventurer seeks in a sturdy hiking boot.

The Italian footwear company sets out to fill the need for light walking footwear or heavy-duty climbing gear. Through ongoing research at its headquarters in Italy, Asolo focuses on improving hiking boots by working with Vibram, the makers of ever-durable rubber soles, and Gore-Tex, the wizards behind all sorts of waterproofing magic.

Asolo garnered much attention in 1975 for its technical mountaineering shoes. Since that time, the boot company has worked with the American Institute to launch Globaline and later developed Duo Asoflex, and its Micro Pulley System.
